The directors and management team would like to invite you and your partner to the teams Christmas Party. This will be held on Wednesday 10th December 2003 at the Royal Chase Hotel, Shaftesbury.
The cost to you will be £10 per person, we look forward to seeing as many of you as possible on the night.
The menu (on the right) is a 3 course meal followed by a disco for all those movers. If you are interested please contact Syd at Blandford. I will need your choices on the menu and your payment for the night by 31st October 2003 to allow time to confirm the numbers to the hotel.
All cheques made payable to “Ashley Wood Recovery Ltd”
Those not attending will be rostered as working.

RADIO

Please be aware that our radio waves are monitored by the DTI. Please always assume that other drivers have their radios on and may also be carrying passengers, who do not need to know certain information. 

REMINDER

At the moment we are under pressure from the RAC to ensure that all jobs are cleared down within 24 hours. This has put pressure on our control room, so to help them please ensure ALL jobs are cleared down with them on completion of a job. If you are recovering a vehicle and do not know the fault ask the customer so that you can pass it on to the control room. If you are doing a breakdown and fix the vehicle let the control room know what the fault was and what you did
about it. Also hand your drivers sheets in ASAP and if a vehicle is leaving a base to go to Blandford please get the driver to drop any sheets in. Also when you complete a pay claim sheet hand this in as well do not wait until the end of the month as this could cause a delay with pay.
