TO THE TEAM

The management
team would like to wish all the team and their families a Happy
New Year.
We had a very busy 2003, some of the highlights:-
In February we decided to operate from 1 control
room so that we could use our resources more effectively.
In March we went through our regular review for
our ISO but this time we had to be accredited to the latest ISO
and the new quality standard for the recovery industry PAS 43. We
came through that with flying colours.
At AVROEX in June we won “Best Light Recovery
Vehicle” for the new AW 31 which is a Ford Iveco with a one
control demount body which allows a very low loading angle. Jeff
was presented “The Phil Briercliffe Gold Award” as the
Most Outstanding Personality Of The Year.
At TRUCKFEST in July for the 6th year in a row
we won “Best Turned Out Crew”. Jeff was presented with
the “Roger Dyson Rose Bowl” for Jeff’s contribution
to the recovery industry. We also won “Best In Show Post 1990”
for AW 1 the Scania Rotator.
Finally we would like to thank everyone in the team for your hard
work in 2003 and we look forward to a successful 2004.

to use a hand held mobile phone whilst driving on company business. |

VEHICLES |

Would
all drivers please ensure that when they return any vehicle back to
any base, it is left as you found it. Do not leave the bed with oil
or debris all over it and straps not secured properly. Also ensure
that you do not leave the fuel tank nearly empty, always leave a vehicle
as you would wish to find it.
